Welcome to Ranuzee. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened food or spice products

  • Used products

  • Damaged items caused by customer misuse

  • Customized or special orders

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be sent through the original payment method or bank transfer.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect item received

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for exchanges.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong or damaged item was sent by us.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
